 | Robert A. Denny, Founder and Pastor of In His Steps, has been a member of Ramona First Baptist (now known as Mountain View Community Church) for over 21 years. Bob comes from a background of substance abuse. He gave his life to Jesus 1985 and found deliverance from his addiction. Bob has been active in his church for the past 21 years working with the homeless and drug addicted members of our community. In 1995 he and Greg Roderick had the vision of operating a men's home. In November 1995 that vision became reality. Nine years later In His Steps has grown to five homes with as many as forty five people at one time with a success rate of over 60%. Bob completed his Alcohol & Drug Abuse Counselor Certificate with the University of California, San Diego in the winter of 1999. Bob received the 1996 Distinguished Social Ministry Award from the Southwest Baptist Conference for his work with In His Steps. In October 1998 Bob received the Daily Points of Light Award number 1053 from President Bill Clinton. Bob is currently in his final semester at Faith Bible Institute to receive an Advanced Diploma in Biblical Studies. |
Gregory Roderick, Founder and Co-Pastor of In His Steps, has been a Christian since 1983. He has been an active member of his Church serving as both an Elder and Treasurer. He received His Bachelor of Ministry Degree from Vision Christian University. Greg has a real heart for the ministry and is a very gifted counselor. He and his wife Marilyn we married in January of 1979 and have two children. Jesse, age 22, who is attending Azuza Pacific University, studying Youth Ministries with an emphasis in Sports and Benjamin, age 11, Currently in Home School.
Greg is involved at the Womens Home doing paperwork, biblestudies, scheduling and counseling. |  |
 | Linda L. Denny is an active member of Mountain View Community Church since 1990. She married Robert Denny in 1993 and together they started the In His Steps Ministry. She has worked in the Accounting field since 1970. She worked as a Controller for a company in San Diego for over 19 years. Linda has done the accounting for In His Steps since it started in 1995. She works full time for In His Steps and besides all of the accounting needs she works with the women's home in counseling and bible study. Linda is currently in her final semester of Faith Bible Institute to recieve an Advanced Diploma in Biblical Studies. |

 | Carol Davis Carol Davis entered In HIs Steps in 2000 as a resident. After graduation she became House Manager as well as a full time position as a Child Care Worker in a group home for troubled teens. Since 2004 she has been full time with In His Steps women's home. Also attending Faith Bible Institute to receive an Advanced Diploma in Biblical Studies. |
